Topock, AZ: Mohave County Sheriff’s Office investigating shooting of a naked man from Needles, California.

According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to an agency assist at about 3:00pm PT on Monday, May 15th, 2017 for Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway (B.N.S.F.) police in reference to a naked male subject jumping off one of their trains in the Topock, Arizona area.

As deputies were enroute, they were redirected to a call at a residence, not too far away from the rail road tracks, in the 7900 block of Regil Road in reference to a naked man on a private property that had been shot.

As deputies were getting near the residence, they observed a naked man traveling west on Regil Road.

He was stumbling and covered in blood. Deputies detained the male subject.

Medical responded and the male subject was transported to a medical facility in Las Vegas, Nevada.

According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, the male subject was later identified as 25 year old Joshua Daniel Reza from Needles, California.

Deputies proceeded to the residence and contacted the victims. The 72 year old female victim said that she was in the house when the power went out.

The victim further said that she told her boyfriend as he was in the garage at the time.

The victim advised that a naked man walked up to her residence while her boyfriend walked up the road to check their electrical box.

The victim further advised that she didn’t recognized the naked man and she started screaming for him to leave.

The victim said that the naked man never spoke while he kept walking toward her.

The victim further said that he stopped and stared at her, ignoring her commands to get off the property.

The victim said that her boyfriend returned with a gun and the naked man started walking towards them when her boyfriend fired a few shots into the air while she was screaming for the naked man to get back and leave.

Deputies contacted the victims’ boyfriend, an 86 year old male victim.

According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, the victim confirmed his girlfriend’s statements.

The victim reported that he fired 2 to 3 warning shots into the air.

The victim further reported that the naked man continued walking toward them and he fired another round, striking the subject in the face.

The victim said that the man also broke the water pipes near their electrical box.

Nobody is in police custody at this time pending the County Attorney’s Office review.

The .22 caliber revolver was taken and placed in evidence pending the CAO review.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department has identified the suspect who was arrested as 37 year old Kenneth Scott Welch from Redlands, California.

Kenneth Scott Welch was found at his home on Colton Avenue in Redlands, California and taken into police custody without incident,

Deputies responded to a robbery at 12:45am PT near a Chevron Gas Station located on Ranchero Road and Escondido Avenue.

The deputy confronted a robbery suspect at the gas station and tried to pepper-spray the man, who then brandished a gun and opened fire.

The deputy has been identified by San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department as Pat Higgins, who was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said that the deputy’s bulletproof vest likely saved his life.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, at 6:30pm PT on Monday, February 20th, 2017, 2 black male adults entered a business on the 1500 block of J Street in Needles, California.

While inside the business, one of the suspects entered the employee’s office and stole a wallet from an employee’s purse.

The suspects left the business and began using the stolen credit card at several businesses in town.

The suspects were described as black males in their 20’s, wearing jeans and driving a late model 2-door silver Chevy Tahoe.

Needles, CA: Deputies serve several search warrants and arrest numerous suspects for possession of drugs and firearms.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, on Monday, November 28th, 2016, deputies and detectives from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station served a series of search warrants in Needles, California.

Deputies searched a residence in the 200 block of Cibola Street in Needles, California and found several pieces of controlled substance paraphernalia.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 37 year old Brett Likowski of Needles, California was arrested for maintaining a home for the purpose of using and distributing controlled substances.

Brett Likowski’s bail was set at $35,000.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 22 year old Jessica Lopez of Needles, California was also arrested at that location for possession of controlled substance paraphernalia.

Jessica Lopez was cited and released.

Deputies then focused their attention on the Lillyhill Apartments located in the 1000 block of Lillyhill Drive in Needles, California.

Deputies served search warrants on two separate apartments and arrested 5 individuals.

Approximately 21 grams of methamphetamine, one semi-automatic pistol and over $2,600.00 in cash were recovered.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 27 year old Augustin Valencia of Fontana, California was charged with possession for sales, felon in possession of a firearm, and possession of controlled substance while armed with a firearm.

Augustin Valencia is being held without bail for a probation violation.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 22 year old Miry Franco-Garcia of Fontana, California was arrested at the same location and charged with unauthorized possession of access cards.

Miry Franco-Garcia’s bail was set at $25,000.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 36 year old Misty Medrano of Needles, California and 26 year old Lydia Gonzalez of Needles, California were arrested for being under the influence of a controlled substance.

Misty Medrano was cited then released and Lydia Gonzalez was cited then released.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, 46 year old Tina Gorman of Needles, California was located inside one of the apartments and was arrested for a probation violation warrant, as well as possession of controlled substances.

Tina Gorman is being held without bail.

The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department say that all of the suspects were booked into Colorado River Station Jail in Needles, California.

Arizona Director of Public Safety Colonel Frank Milstead is calling these incidents “domestic terrorism crimes.”

“Anytime that you have multiple shootings against American citizens on a highway, that’s terrorism. They’re trying to frighten or kill somebody,” said Arizona Director of Public Safety Colonel Frank Milstead.

DPS is working with ATF, FBI, Phoenix Police and Tempe Police in an effort to locate the person or people responsible.

They warn drivers to be cautious of the areas where shootings have occurred and if you see something, contact authorities immediately.

“Every tip is a potential success. It is just a matter of time, if this behavior continues, that we have tragedy on our roadways,” said Arizona Director of Public Safety Colonel Frank Milstead.

News Alert!!: Las Vegas, NV: Search for a suspect in deadly shooting of a woman after a road confrontation.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, at approximately 11:22pm PT on Thursday, February 12th, 2015, Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department Patrol Officers were dispatched to a residence located in the 7900 block of Mount Shasta Circle in Las Vegas, Nevada to investigate a report that a woman had been shot.

Arriving patrol officers located an adult female suffering from an apparent gunshot wound.

The female was transported to the U.M.C. Trauma Center with what appeared to be life-threatening injuries.

The investigation initiated by the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes Section indicated the woman had been conducting a driving lesson with her teenage daughter in the parking lot of a school located nearby.

At the conclusion of the lesson, the adult female was driving home when she had a near-collision with another vehicle.

There was a verbal confrontation between the victim and the other male driver.

The two females then drove to their home on Mount Shasta Circle and summoned another family member, who was armed with a handgun, to help.

The preliminary investigation indicates that some time later, the suspect vehicle appeared on the street, multiple shots were fired, and the victim was struck by one round.

As of this release, no suspect or suspects have been identified and there is no definitive description of the suspect vehicle.

At this juncture, this is an active, open investigation.

The release of any further information may jeopardize detectives’ ability to solve the case and arrest those involved.

Detectives with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department’s Violent Crimes Section are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying and locating the vehicle and occupants involved in this incident.

The vehicle can only be described as a 4 door gray or silver sedan and may possibly have damage to the front driver’s side of the vehicle.

It is also possible the car may have impact rounds from gunfire.

One of the occupants of the vehicle is described as a white male adult approximately 25 years of age.

He is further described as being about 6 feet tall and weighting approximately 180 pounds.

This male has dirty blonde hair worn in a spiked style and has hazel or blue eyes.
