A Needles City Council, Needles Public Utility Authority, and Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency Meeting will be held on Tuesday, November 13th, 2018 inside the Needles City Council Chambers located off the J Street, next to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station sign and flag pole, at the Needles Civic Center located at 1111 Bailey Avenue in Needles, California.

Parking is located around the Needles Civic Center just off of J Street near the Needles Recreation Center or just off of Bailey Avenue near the San Bernardino County Needles Branch Library building.

The Needles City Council, Needles Public Utility Authority, and Successor Agency to the Redevelopment Agency Meeting will start at 6:00pm PT with an Executive Session at 5:00pm PT.

People may make a complaint in person at any San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Station or San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Internal Affairs regardless of where the incident occurred.

San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Internal Affairs is located at 655 East 3rd Street in San Bernardino, California.

If you do not wish to make a complaint in person, you may call San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Internal Affairs during normal business hours at: 1 (909) 387-3726 to have a Citizen Complaint form mailed to you.

The Needles High School’s Mustangs will play in the Nevada Interscholastic Activities Association’s 2A State Football Championship against the Pershing County High School’s Mustangs at 1:00pm PT on Saturday, November 17th, 2018 at Bishop Gorman High School, located at 5959 South Hualapai Way, in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The Women’s Club of Needles will be having a Veterans Pie Social from 11:00am to 2:00pm PT on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 inside the Women’s Club of Needles Clubhouse in Downtown Needles, California.

Free pie and coffee to veterans with proof of service.

The general public is welcome and pays $3.00 each.

Delicious pies thanking those who serviced in our military, giving thanks for all they did for our freedom.

The Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6306 and Auxiliary has posted a list of scheduled public events for Veterans Day 2018.

Because Veterans Day falls on a Sunday this year, the following list of events are being held on Saturday, November 10th, 2018 in the Golden Shores, Arizona area.

Starting at 9:00am MT, a Veterans Day ceremony will be held at Golden Shores Community Park, located at the corner of Oatman-Topock Highway and Shore Drive.

A community breakfast will be held at the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6306, located at 12858 Oatman-Topock Highway, immediately following the ceremony and will continue until 12:00pm MT. There is no charge for breakfast, but donations are greatly appreciated.

A bake sale and “Brown Bag” raffles start approximately 10:00am MT and will continue until approximately 2:00pm MT.

A “Meat Raffle” starts at 12:00pm MT. A rib eye steak dinner with all the trimmings starts at 3:00pm MT and continues until 7:00pm MT. Cost is $15 per plate.

Karaoke with Mike will starts at 7:00pm MT and continues until 11:00pm PT.
