Needles, California: A crash involving a motorcycle has occurred along the 200 block of East Broadway.
Initial reports that the crash occurred at around 4:45 p.m. PT on Saturday, June 18th, 2022 before Desnok Street.
Medical Engine 32 from San Bernardino County Fire District as well as Medical Ambulance 31A are on scene.
A medical helicopter has been called to land at Colorado River Medical Center for transport.
Known what is the condition of the patient being transported.
As of 5:07 p.m. PT, Medical Engine 32 and Medical Ambulance 31A have arrived to the helipad at Colorado River Medical Center awaiting medical helicopter.
As of 5:33 p.m. PT, Comm-Center informs emergency crews that Native Air 8 is responding with an E.T.A. of 10 minutes.
As of 5:44 p.m. PT, Native Air 8 has landed on the helipad at Colorado River Medical Center.
As of 6:10 p.m. PT, Patient, a white male, is being moved from the Baker Emergency Medical Services ambulance to the awaiting Native Air 8 medical helicopter.
As of 6:14 p.m. PT, Native Air 8 left the helipad at Colorado River Medical Center heading to a hospital in the Las Vegas, Nevada area.
As of 6:22 p.m. PT, Crash scene has been cleared but debris remains from the crash near a fire hydrant along East Broadway just west of Smith Road.
As of 6:41 p.m. PT, Native Air 8 has arrived to the helipad at University Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The cause of the crash is not yet known.
