Earp, California: The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station has released publicly information regarding a man from Yucaipa, California who died after falling off his boat into the Colorado River that occurred on Wednesday, February 9th, 2022.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at approximately 2:08 p.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station responded to a medical aid call at the 1400 block of Parker Dam Road for a male subject who fell off his boat into the water along the Parker Strip. The victim was pulled to shore by a witness and was unresponsive. Buckskin Fire Department assisted deputies with life saving measures. Ultimately, the victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
