Downtown Needles, CA: Rooftop covered parking lot at Arrowhead’s Desert Communities Credit Union is partially damages after being struck by a moving truck.

Downtown Needles, California: A rooftop covered parking lot at Arrowhead’s Desert Communities Credit Union was partially damaged early in the morning on Thursday, February 3rd, 2022 from after being struck by a moving truck.

According to the dispatch log, San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station responded to a 20002 (Misdemeanor Hit and Run) at the credit union at 8:28 a.m. PT to investigate and to take a report.

ZachNews has learned that at around 3:24 a.m. PT, a moving truck struck the rooftop covered parking lot at the credit union located along the 1000 block of West Broadway before going to the ATM afterwards and left.

The incident is being investigated and they’re reviewing security cameras at the credit union parking lot as part of the investigation.
