Ludlow, California: Rollover vehicle crash has occurred along westbound Interstate 40 just east of the Bristol Mountain Wash.

The incident was reported at 7:11 a.m. PT on Wednesday, August 18th, 2021 of a white vehicle rolled over on the ride side of the interstate multiple times.

California Highway Patrol reports 1 male occupant laying in back seat with major head injuries, and was the person was still in vehicle.

Medical Engine 401 along with EMS1 and DES1 responded to the scene.

Firefighters and paramedics arrived to the scene, and reported head injury, left arm hurts and person laying in backseat somewhat responsive.

A request for an airship was made, and Mercy Air 66 helicopter arrived and has transported the injured person.

Please drive with caution in the area of the crash.

As of 8:15 a.m. PT, G amd E Tow towing serving was been called to the scene.

As of 8:56 a.m. PT, California Highway Patrol reports all lanes are opened.

As of 9:27 a.m. PT, Mercy Air 66 helicopter has arrived at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, California.
