Essex, California: The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station has released publicly information regarding a man from Compton, California who received a Health and Safety citation after deputies served a search warrant on an illegal marijuana grow on Thursday, August 12th, 2021.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at approximately 10:53 a.m. PT, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, Colorado River Station, served a search warrant for an illegal marijuana grow on the 11900 block of Happiness Lane, in Essex, CA.
Deputies located 1055 marijuana plants growing in two make-shift green houses, 23 pounds of dried marijuana bud, as well as, 217 pounds of processed marijuana, used to make “wax.”
Vanna Sok was the only occupant at the location when the search warrant was served.
Sok was issued a citation for Health and Safety Code 11358(A), cultivation of marijuana, and released at the scene.
