Needles, California: The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station has released publicly information regarding a local man arrested for armed robbery inside Circle K Westside Chevron convience store and gas station that occurred on Saturday, July 10th, 2021.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at approximately 6:00 a.m. PT, deputies from the Colorado River Station/ Needles Police Department responded to a call for service reference a woman who was acting irate and armed with a knife inside the Circle K convience store.
Deputies contacted Stevens in the parking lot of the business and detained her without incident. Stevens was found in possession of a small folding pocket knife on her person.
Through investigation, deputies discovered Stevens had brandished a knife and demanded money from the store clerk. Stevens was arrested for PC 211, Armed Robbery.
Stevens was booked into the High Desert Detention Center with a bail amount of $200,000, pending a court hearing.
