As ZachNews reminds our great people of our Colorado River desert communities, please make sure you have an emergency preparedness kit all ready, up to date stock, and close by ready in case of any weather related incidents, as well as make sure to not drive through roadways known to flood during heavy storms and if lightning or downed power lines from gusty winds causes any fires or endangers lives, please immediately call 911, and provide an accurate location and provide detailed information about the emergency.
Especially if you’re calling from a cellular phone, please make sure to state where you are calling from, what department do you need to respond and the emergency in detail such as the the exact location of the emergency and who may be injured as well as time the incident occurred.
Please stay safe during Monsoon 2021, and always thank those emergency responders for their dedicated work to protect and save lives.
