Downtown Needles, California: The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station has released publicly information regarding deputies arresting a local man during a traffic stop for carrying a loaded firearm that occurred on On Tuesday, March 30th, 2021.

According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at approximately 12:36 a.m., deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of J and 3rd street, in the city of Needles, for a vehicle code violation.
The driver of the vehicle was identified as Brandon Beach.
A search of the vehicle was conducted, and a loaded firearm was located by the arresting deputy.
Beach was arrested for carrying a loaded firearm and booked at the Needles Jail.
He was later released pending a court appearance.
