Needles, California: The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station has released publicly information regarding deputies arresting a local woman for residential burglary and possession of a controlled substance that occurred on Sunday, March 28, 2021.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at 9:48 a.m. PT, deputies from the Colorado River Station/Needles Police Department responded to the 600 block of Acoma Street in Needles following the report of a possible burglary.
Upon arrival, deputies made entry into an unoccupied residence and located a female subject hiding inside.
The female, identified as Sarah Vanderpool, was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
An investigation revealed the residence had been burglarized.
Vanderpool was placed under arrest for PC 459- Residential Burglary and HS 11377(a)- Possession of a Controlled Substance.
Vanderpool was booked at the Colorado River jail and is currently being held on $25,000.00 bail.
