Havasu Lake, California: Head-on crash involving two motorcycles versus a vehicle has occurred along U.S. Route 95 near 17 Mile Road.
The initial call came into dispatch at 9:52 a.m. PT on Saturday, March 6th, 2021.
According to the California Highway Patrol, two motorcycles went head-on into a silver vehicle that then spun out into the desert.
Medical Ambulance 31A, Medical Engine 32 from San Bernardino County Fire Department’s Station 32 in Needles, California and Medical Brush Patrol 18 from San Bernardino County Fire Department’s Station 18 in Havasu Lake, California are on scene.
Mohave Valley Fire Department has been asked to soft cover the Needles, California area for San Bernardino County Fire Department’s Station 32.
Reports from motorists of heavy traffic in the area of the crash.
As of 10:22 a.m. PT, there is three patient, and incident being call “95 I.C. (Incident Command).”
As of 10:26 a.m. PT, 95 I.C. wants an air ambulance has been called to the area.
As of 10:30 a.m. PT, 95 I.C. air ambulance is in route to the scene with an ETA of 8 minutes out, and to land near in the area off 17 Mile Road near U.S. Route 95.
As of 10:30 a.m. PT, 95 I.C. is changing landing area for air ambulance; will let them know where to land soon.

As of 10:56 a.m. PT, A Tow Truck towing service has been called to the scene.

As of 11:20 a.m. PT, 95 I.C. Native 8 Air Ship has taken off with a patent in route to Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.

As of 11:22 a.m. PT, Medical Engine 32 reports 95 I.C. has terminated.
As of 11:27 a.m. PT, Medical Brush Patrol 18 reports that they are available.
As of 11:59 a.m. PT, Native 8 Air Ship arrives at Sunrise Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, Nevada.
The conditions of all three patient is unknown, and scanner communications has been scratchy in the area.
