California Highway Patrol reporting the crash is along the right shoulder of westbound Interstate 40.

As of 1:36 a.m. PT, California Highway Patrol reporting additional information; the car involved in the crash is a Toyota Camry, and is stuck under the trailer portion of the semi truck.
