Mohave Valley, Arizona: An investigation is underway after two vehicles striking a woman killing her and left the scene along northbound Arizona State Route 95 near Barrackman Road on Thursday, October 28th, 2020.
According to Arizona Department of Public Safety Media Relations Specialist Bart Graves, “ at 10:37 p.m. there was a fatal hit and run collision involving a pedestrian on State Route 95 at milepost 227 northbound. The pedestrian exited a taxicab and walked into the northbound traffic lane where the pedestrian was struck by an unknown vehicle which fled the scene. A second vehicle also struck the pedestrian and also left the scene. The victim is a 66 year old female from Fort Mohave, Arizona. The notification process has not yet been completed, and the investigation is ongoing.”
The Arizona Department of Public Safety are looking for two suspected vehicles in this case.
Troopers with the Arizona Department of Public Safety are looking for the first vehicle described as a 1998-2005 white Mercedes Benz M-Class SUV, similar to the one pictured here.
The vehicle would have damage to the hood and front bumper, and the driver’s side headlamp assembly is likely missing.
Troopers with the Arizona Department of Public Safety are also looking for a second vehicle believed to be involved, and is being described by witnesses as a dark-colored, dually-style truck with an unknown make and model.
