Breaking News: Willow Valley, AZ: Small vegetation fire that burned just northwest of 8045 Arizona State Route 95 is being called suspicious.

Willow Valley, Arizona: Firefighters from the Mohave Valley Fire Department responded to a small vegetation fire that burned just northwest of 8045 Arizona State Route 95 on Friday October 23rd 2020.

The call of the vegetation fire came in at around 7:17 p.m. in an area of cedar trees and thick vegetation surrounded by farmland.

Firefighters who are participating in a Halloween Trick or Treat Drive Thur at Station 81 just a mile away rushed to the scene.

ZachNews Photojournalist Zachary Lopez was covering the Halloween event when the call came in, and rushed over to the scene.

The glow of the small flames could be seen from the distance along Arizona State Route 95 near the United States Postal Office and new 76 gas station and mini mart.

Firefighters arrived fast and got the flames out in a few minutes firefighters.

No reports of injuries or damages to structures.

ZachNews has learned this fire is being investigated as a suspicious fire.
