Goffs, California: Vehicle has crashed into an electric pole along Goffs Road near Circle Drive.

The vehicle crash was reported at 9:55 p.m. PT on Saturday, October 10th, 2020.

The electric pole is reportedly a Southern California Edison electric pole.

California Highway Patrol has contacted Southern California Edison to respond to the crash.

Active Towing has been called to the crash for clean and towing.

As of 10:44 p.m. PT, fire department reporting on scene one patient is delayed.

As of 10:45 p.m. PT, California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information Page is reporting pole falls over then will need to stop the trains.

Burlington Northern Santa Fe Railway has been notified.

As of 10:52 p.m. PT, ambulance transporting patient to Colorado River Medical Center (C.R.M.C.) in Needles, California.

As of 11:06 p.m. PT, California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information Page is reporting Goffs Road at U.S. Route 95 to be shut down due to Goffs Road is unpassable.

As of 11:07 p.m. PT, California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information Page is reporting Southern California Edison is responding; estimated time of arrival is 2 hours.

As of 11:10 p.m. PT, California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information Page reporting traffic unable to pass through on Goffs due to power lines and 1126 big rig in same area.

As of 12:23 p.m. PT on Sunday, California Highway Patrol’s Traffic Incident Information Page reporting the Com-Center is advised that crews have the road closed yesterday, and would be closed until Southern California Edison repair the electric pole.
