Mohave County, Arizona: Deputies from the Arizona Department of Public Safety are in pursuit of a vehicle along northbound U.S. Route 93 approaching Hoover Dam.

A police pursuit along northbound U.S. Route 93 approaching Hoover Dam.

Reports that law enforcement is in pursuit of a white Ford F150 with Nevada license tag with two people inside.

Vehicle is driving over 100 mph, and reportedly bump a patrol vehicle during the pursuit.

Reports that a spike strip may be getting set up.

Park Rangers as well as Nevada Highway Patrol have been notified about this police pursuit.

As of 7:02 a.m., the police pursuit at mile marker 24 northbound U.S. Route 93. DPS helicopter is in route.

As of 7:06 a.m., the police pursuit at mile marker 20 northbound U.S. Route 93. Law enforcement is set up along Interstate 11 and near bridge over Colorado River at Hoover Dam.

As of 7:07 a.m., the police pursuit at mile marker 18 northbound U.S. Route 93.

As of 7:09 a.m., the police pursuit at mile marker 15 northbound U.S. Route 93. Speed at over 95 mph. Vehicle missed Arizona side spike strip.

As of 7:15 a.m., the police pursuit at mile marker 3 northbound U.S. Route 93. Speed at 102 mph. Las Vegas Metropolitan Police has been notified about police pursuit.

As of 7:16 a.m., the police pursuit is approaching Hoover Dam area along northbound U.S. Route 93. Spike strips have been set.

As of 7:17 a.m., the police pursuit crossing Hoover Dan along northbound U.S. Route 93.

As of 7:18 a.m., the police pursuit at mile marker 2 northbound U.S. Route 93 in Clark County, Nevada.

As of 7:19 a.m., the police pursuit at mile post 3 along northbound Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada.

As of 7:20 a.m., the police pursuit at mile post 4 along northbound Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada at 100 mph. Suspect has a history of hitting police vehicle.

As of 7:21 a.m., the police pursuit at mile post 7 along northbound Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada.

As of 7:22 a.m., the police pursuit at mile post 9 along northbound Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada. Truck in police pursuit missed spike and unrelated vehicle hit them.

As of 7:23 a.m., the police pursuit at mile post 12 along northbound Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada at over 100 mph.

As of 7:24 a.m., the police pursuit at mile post 13 along northbound Interstate 11 in Clark County, Nevada at 100 mph. Awaiting Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department and Nevada Highway Patrol to get involve.

As of 7:26 a.m., the police pursuit along northbound Interstate 11 in Railroad Pass in Clark County, Nevada.

As of 7:30 a.m., Boulder City Police have cleared from the police pursuit. Police pursuit is still going northbound Interstate 11 into the Henderson, Nevada area.

As of 7:31 a.m., Henderson Police is being informed of the police pursuit. DPS is still following police pursuit along northbound Interstate 11.

As of 7:33 a.m., Henderson Police is being informed that DPS helicopter is going to still following police pursuit.

As of 7:38 a.m., reports police pursuit is on Tropicana Avenue west of Interstate 515.

As of 7:39 a.m., Henderson Police clearing from police pursuit.

As of 7:41 a.m., Henderson Police saying DPS helicopter over Russell and Eastern just east of Las Vegas Airport.

As of 7:49 a.m., Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department knows about police pursuit but will not join in pursuit. DPS helicopter trying to be contacted to possibly traminate following police pursuit.

As of 7:53 a.m., Flightradar24 shows Arizona DPS helicopter is over the McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas, Nevada. No details yet on what’s happening to the police pursuit.

As of 7:54 a.m., DPS advising normal traffic as helicopter is out of range.

As of 8:07 a.m., no further information have been reported over scanners regarding police pursuit. Last reported location was in the area of South Eastern Avenue between East Tropicana Avenue and East Russell Road.

At 9:46 a.m. PT, ZachNews received an email from Arizona Department of Public Safety regarding this police pursuit Friday morning.

On today’s date at approximately 6:30 a.m., one of our troopers attempted to stop a Ford F-150 for speed on State Route 68. The vehicle would not yield to the traffic stop. A pursuit was initiated but was called off once the vehicle crossed the state line into Nevada. You would need to contact the Nevada Highway Patrol for further information,” said Bart Graves, Media Relations Specialist.
