Needles, California: The Needles City Council and Needles Public Utility Authority is schedule to have a meeting on Tuesday, July 14th, 2020 inside the Needles City Council Chambers, located at 1111 Bailey Avenue near J Street.
The Needles City Council and Needles Public Utility Authority Meeting will start with Executive Session at 5:00 p.m. PT followed by the Regular Meeting at 6:00 p.m. PT.
There will be discussion and possible action regarding Agenda Item #10; the action plan recently approved by Members of the Needles City Council last Friday regarding City beaches and Jack Smith Memorial Park boat launch regarding large crowds coming to the area due to COVID-19 closure of beaches.
They’re also be discussion regarding smoking and current state law, Health and Safety Code Section 104495 during this meeting.

The City of Needles wants to remain the public that the Needles City Council is continuing to hold meetings pursuant to the provisions of the Governor’s Executive Order N-29-20 which suspends certain requirements of the Ralph M. Brown Act. As a result of the California’s Executive Order to “Stay-At-Home”, in person participation at the Needles City Council meetings is not allowed at this time and the Needles City Council Chambers are not open to the public.
