Due to a lack of quorum on Tuesday, December 10th, 2019, the meeting was adjourned until this meeting.

With the resignation of Clayton Hazlewood, Needles Vice Mayor Edward T. Paget M.D. given an excused absence, and Member Zachery Longacre recusing himself from all agenda items dealing with cannabis, there would be no quorum to take action on Agenda Items #3, #18, #19 and #20. The Dale Jones in the City Clerk’s Office at the City of Needles was authorized to advertise to fill the vacancy. Interviews and appointment to the remainder of Clayton Hazlewood’s term is to occur during the regular Needles City Council Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 14th, 2020. The appointed candidate is to be seated immediately and vote on the rest of the items on that agenda.
