– U.S. Route 95 from Interstate 40 in Needles, California to Blyth, California is opened.

– U.S. Route 95 from Interstate 40 to the California / Nevada stateline is opened.

– California State Route 62 from U.S. Route 95 in Vidal Junction, California to California State Route 177 is opened.

– North K Street Underpass in Downtown Needles in Needles, California is opened (From Front Street to Needles Highway).

**** Golden Shores, Arizona Area: ****

– Oatman Highway (Route 66) from Golden Shores, Arizona to Oatman, Arizona is opened.

– Oatman Highway (Route 66) from Interstate 40 to Golden Shores, Arizona is opened.

– Mohave County Route 1 from Golden Shores, Arizona to Mohave Valley, Arizona is opened.

– Boundary Cone Road is opened from Ellery Street to Oatman Highway.
