Traffic Alert!!: Bullhead City, AZ: Nighttime lane closures along Arizona State Route 95 for maintenance on Wednesday and Thursday.
The Arizona Department of Transportation are advising motorists with travel plans along Arizona State Route 95 in Bullhead City, Arizona on Wednesday, October 2, 2019 and Thursday, October 3rd, 2019 to plan ahead and expect delays of up to 15 minutes for pavement-treatment work.
Northbound and southbound lane closures are scheduled to occur from 6:00 p.m. to 5:00 a.m. MST along Arizona State Route 95 from Pass Canyon Road to the Bullhead City Parkway intersection (mileposts 247-250 near the Laughlin Bridge).
Drivers should plan ahead for delays in this area.
The restrictions are necessary so crews can place a sealant over the existing asphalt, which helps to protect and extend the life of the highway pavement.
The Arizona Department of Transportation reminds motorists to use caution around construction personnel and equipment, slow down and be prepared to merge into the open travel lane.
Schedules are subject to change based on weather and other unforeseen factors.
