Breaking News!!: Downtown Laughlin, NV: Suspect barricaded situation after robbing at Aquarius Casino Resort.

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, a suspect has barricaded himself inside a vehicle after robbing the Aquarius Casino Resort, located at 1900 South Casino Drive, in Downtown Laughlin, Nevada.

At around 1:26 a.m. PT on Monday, police were called to reports of a man who robbed a casino cage at

The suspect fled the area, he shot at hotel security, but missed.

LVMPD and SWAT responded and the suspect was contained in his vehicle as of 5:30 a.m. PT.

Casino Drive is closed from Laughlin Civic to Bruce Woodbury Drives.

Police advised the public to avoid the area while police investigate.
