The warning includes California State Route 62.
As of 3:30 p.m. PT, a weather spotter has reported mud and debris flowing across California State Route 62 near Downtown Twentynine Palms, California.
Motorists are being advised to not drive through flooded roadways, remember to “Turn Around, Don’t Drown.”
