As of 9:17 p.m. PT, a Flood Advisory is in effect by the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada for portions of central San Bernardino County, California, his includes Mitchell Caverns, Essex, California and Amboy, California including National Trails Highway, Amboy Road, and Route 66.
