Needles, CA: Man arrested after deputies located during a traffic stop a loaded firearm.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at 11:00 a.m. PT on Sunday, May 12th, 2019, deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle in the 300 block of D Street in Needles, California.
One of the passengers in the vehicle, identified publicly by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station as 35 year old Enrique Lovato, a transient of Needles, California.
Lovato had a no bail warrant for his arrest for violation of Community Supervised Release.
During the investigation, deputies located a loaded .22 Caliber semi automatic pistol in his possession as well as a substantial amount of suspected methamphetamine.
Lovato was interviewed and subsequently arrested.
Lovato was booked into the Needles jail on a no bail warrant and additional charges.
