Gusty winds from the north area blowing through the Colorado River communities well scatter rain, ranging from moderate rain to heavy rain fall and with some on and off thunder and lightning, are moving north of Goffs, California and right over Cal-Nev-Ari, Nevada along U.S. Route 95.

As of 12:45 a.m. PT on Friday, the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada has issued an Flood Advisory for northeast San Bernardino County, California and south Clark County, Nevada, including Laughlin, Searchlight and Cal-Nev-Ari until 2:45 a.m. PT on Friday.
According to the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada, “Rain rates estimated over an inch/hour causing driving hazards along Hwy-95 b/w Searchlight & I-40. Do not attempt to cross flooded roadways!”
