The National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada has issued a Dust Storm Warning for San Bernardino County, California.
As seen in this post from the National Weather Service, the dust storm warning is in affect until 8:00 p.m. PT on Tuesday, April 9th, 2019.

As of 6:04 p.m. PT, weather spotter reported 1/4 mile visibility on Interstate 40 near Newberry Springs, California.

Windy and some blow dust has been felt in the Needles, California area, and may continue into the evening.
Please use caution if driving in the area of the Dust Storm Warming.
According to the National Weather Service in Las Vegas, Nevada, the weather conditions for tonight in the Needles, California area will be areas of blowing dust before midnight then clear, breezy with a north northwest wind 20 to 29 mph, with gusts as high as 40 mph, and a low around 57*F.
