ZachNews just received this pictures of a police activity near vehicle crash along East Broadway near Goodwill Street in Needles, California.
A motorist driving in the area spotted the vehicle in the middle of the street near a damaged street sign and found the driver passed out.
The street sign appear to be a yield sign that was posted at the off ramp from Interstate 40.
The motorist called 911 and flagged down law enforcement.
As seen in the pictures, a deputy from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station is seen with a man, detain with his hands behind his back.
The man was later seen being placed into the back of the patrol vehicle.
