A public hearing to consider all evidence and testimony for or against approval of a Special Use Permit (SUP) for a Recreational Vehicle (RV) Park, located at 4418 My Place Road, Needles, CA, also known as Assessor’s Parcel Number 0660-251-38.

This agenda item was continued to the next Needles Planning Commission Meeting that is scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd, 2019.

Members of the Needles Planning Commission voted unanimously to approve Needles Planning Commission Member Linda Kidd as Chairperson and Needles Planning Commission Member Bob Rath Co-Chairperson.

A public hearing to consider all evidence and testimony for or against approval of a Special Use Permit for a 50’x60’ steel building residential garage, located at 3622 Riverview Terrace, also known as APN 0660-151-35.

Needles Planning Commission Member Kevin excused himself from this agenda item.

Said properties are located in the vicinity of Needles Highway And Balboa Street.
