Big River, CA: Man arrested for being in possession of a stolen vehicle.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at 8:44 a.m. PT on Wednesday, February 27th, 2019 , deputies responded to the 6700 Block of Rio Vista Drive in Big River, California to assist San Bernardino County Fire Department personnel with and unconscious male sitting in the driver’s seat of a vehicle.
Deputies learned the vehicle had been reported stolen from Parker, Arizona.
The male, a transient later identified publicly by the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station as 31 year old Arin Real, was taken into custody at the scene and did not require any medical attention.
A record check on Arin Real found that he had an active warrant for a probation violation from Ventura County, California.
Arin Real was booked at the Colorado River Station Jail in Needles, California for possession of a stolen vehicle and the warrant. He is being held on $50,000 bail.
