Needles, CA: Deputies served a search warrant at a residence on the 1300 block of Lillyhill Drive.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at 9:20 a.m. on Monday, February 4th, 2019, deputies served a search warrant on the 1300 block of Lillyhill Drive in Needles, California.
Deputies made contact with 51 year old Deana Tucker from Needles, California who was found to be in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Tucker was arrested and cite released in the field for possession of a controlled substance.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, contact was made with 37 year old Kenneth Mosier from Adelanto, California, who was found to be in possession of ammunition and a “sawed off shotgun.”
Mosier was arrested without incident and transported to the Colorado River Station Jail for booking. Mosier was book ed on the following charges; felon in possession of a firearm, felon in possession of a loaded firearm, and a felon in possession of ammunition. Mosier is being held on $50,000 bail, pending a court hearing.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, 36 year old Kye Shutts from Needles, California was also contacted within the residence and arrested for two outstanding misdemeanor warrants. One warrant was for shoplifting, $100,000 bail, and one warrant for possession of drug paraphernalia, $75,000 bail. Shutts was later cite released.
