Needles, CA: Deputies arrested a woman after assaulting the victim with a small sword.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at approximately 1:30 p.m. PT on Wednesday, January 2nd, 2019, Deputy K. Sutton and Deputy I. Vega of the Colorado River Station responded to a call for service reference an assault, located on the 400 Block of Bazoobuth Street in Needles, California.
After conducting a thorough investigation, it was discovered that while in a heated argument, 35 years old Kathleen Anderson from Needles, California produced a small sword and cut the victim’s forearm.
Kathleen Anderson was arrested for PC 245 Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
Kathleen Anderson was transported and booked into the Colorado River Jail and being held on $50,000 bail.
