Laughlin, NV: Shane “Mojave Warrior” Mapatis competes in his last amateur fight Saturday night at World Fighting Championships 95 Live.
Shane “Mojave Warrior” Mapatis, is a Fort Mojave Indian Tribal Member, will be competing in his last amateur fight during the World Fighting Championships (WFC) 95 Live – Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) being held on Saturday, September 8th, 2018 at the Avi Resort and Casino, located at 10000 Aha Macav Parkway, in Laughlin, Nevada.
Crystal Evanston (Lewis), Shane’s Mother, tells ZachNews that Shane grew up in Mohave Valley, Arizona and started training with Professor Rick Lucero in 2010 at 15 years old.
At 23 years old, Shane continues to train at Lucero BJJ with Professor Rick Lucero and Tom Ramirez Boxing Club, and is a 3rd stripe Brown Belt in Jiu-Jitsu.
Crystal Evanston (Lewis) tells ZachNews that Shane’s record is 11-0 and this will be his last amateur fight before he plans to go pro sometime next year.

General Admission seating is $30.00, Reserve seating is $50.00 and Cageside seating is $75.00.
The event is open for all ages, and the doors open at 7:00pm PT and the fight starts at 8:00pm PT.
