Live News Update!!: Bullhead City, AZ: Transmission lines and substations back online but scattered outages remain from Saturday evening’s storm.

Power remains out Sunday to much of the Bullhead City, Arizona and Fort Mojave, Arizona communities following Saturday evening’s storm.
According to the Mohave Electric Cooperative, transmission lines and substations are back online, but there are scattered outages remaining that are affecting about 3,000 of their customers.
Meanwhile, Bullhead City Public Works Crews are cleaning to doing storm clean up after the community sustained damage at numerous parks and facilities.
Bullhead City Street Crews have also been clearing debris from city streets, clearing down tree limbs and general maintenance throughout the community.
If you would like to report a street that needs to be swept, a down tree or other hazard, please contact the Bullhead City’s Public Works Department at: 1 (928) 763-0128 beginning at 7:00am PT on Monday, August 13th, 2018.

The Bullhead City Fire Department CERT Team have opened a Public Assistance Site to provide emergency drinking water to the public at Fire Station 2, located at 1230 Arizona State Route 95, in Bullhead City, Arizona.
Bottled water is being provided by Mohave Electric Cooperative to customers effected by the power outage.
Also, the City of Bullhead City and the American Red Cross have opened a cooling center at the Suddenlink Center, located at 2380 Suddenlink Way, just off Arizona State Route 95 between Second Street and Third Street, in Bullhead City, Arizona.
