Needles, CA: Person arrested for false imprisonment, felony spousal abuse with priors and assault with great bodily harm.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station, at 7:51am PT on Monday, July 30th, 2018, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station responded to Colorado River Medical Center reference a patient in the emergency room who was a victim of an assault.
On Thursday, July 26th, 2018, 32 years old Victor Lawrence from Needles, California physically prevented the victim from leaving their residence, located at 1000 block of Lillyhill Drive in Needles, California and assaulted her several times with his feet and a closed fists on her head and body.
Lawrence wrapped a rope around the victim’s neck and threatened to kill her causing the victim to fear for her life.
Lawrence was arrested and booked into the Colorado River Station Jail for assault with great bodily harm, false imprisonment, felony spousal abuse with priors and is currently being held on $50,000.00 bond.
