Agenda Item #2:
Approve the Joint Funding Agreement (“JFA”) 15WSCA600101110 for the continuation of the monitoring network to improve understanding of the groundwater that impacts the water quality and quantity at the City of Needles well fields at the All American Canal.
Agenda Item #3:
Approve change order #1 for the Murl Shaver Substation which shall not exceed the amount of $300,000 for the additional materials purchased and construction labor to Western Construction Specialist to complete the substation.
Members of the Needles Board of Public Utilities voted unanimously to approve Agenda Items #2 through #3 and voted 4-1 with to approve Agenda Item #1 on the Consent Calendar.
