Downtown Needles, CA: Corvettes of Bakersfield rolls down Route 66 for a stop at Santa Fe Park.

Several Corvettes as part of the Corvettes of Bakersfield rolled down Route 66 on Saturday, April 21st, 2018 for a stop at Santa Fe Park in Downtown Needles, California as apart of the 21st Gambler’s Classic poker run.

ZachNews Photojournalist Zachary A. Lopez and Bobby “RJ” Willis captured on camera the Corvettes stopping right in front of Santa Fe Park and the Needles Regional Museum, right along historic Route 66, to get poker run stamp.

According  to their website, Corvettes of Bakersfield is a local Corvette Club dedicated to supporting our local charities and communities through fund raising events.

Members of the Corvettes of Bakersfield say they enjoyed the poker run drive and stop into Needles, California.

After their poke run stop, some members of the Corvettes of Bakersfield made a stop to eat well in Needles, California, including at Munchy’s Mexican Restaurant on Front Street in Downtown Needles, California.
