Discussion to appoint a 2 person Council task force to organize a convening of the NUSD, Sherriff’s Office and the County Supervisor’s Office to investigate re-establishing a School Resources Officer (SRO) for the Needles school campuses and discuss other off campus youth law enforcement issues and authorize the City Manager to provide adequate staff support and report back to the City Council in 60 days.
