Needles City Manager Rick Daniels spoke about the closing of the 99 Cents Only Store, happening on Friday, January 26th, 2018, and what is being done in trying to get a grocery store into the community, including talking about what the J Street Project across the street from the Dollar General store may have.

Needles City Manager Rick Daniels also spoke about Bill Yoney Substation and a ceremony being held in February 2018 for the renaming of the new substation.
