News Update!!: Essex, CA: All lanes reopened after semi truck rollover crash along eastbound Interstate 40.

All lanes along eastbound Interstate 40 are reopened after a semi truck rollover crash near Essex, California at around 2:22am PT on Wednesday, December 27th, 2017.

California Highway Patrol and firefighters from San Bernardino County Fire Department’s Station 32 responded to the scene of the rollover crash.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the driver of the semi truck is okay.

All lanes of eastbound Interstate 40 were blocked because the rollover crash and traffic was backed up.

Caltrans crews along with towing crews worked to upright the semi truck that was laying on side and clean up some diesel fuel that leaked onto eastbound lanes of Interstate 40.
