Big River, CA: Deputies located 129 marijuana plants during another search warrant.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, at 2:08pm PT on Monday, November 20th, 2017, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department’s Colorado River Station served a search warrant at a residence in the 14000 block of Del Rey Road in Big River, California.
Deputies contacted and detained 61 year old Michael Hall from Big River, California.
Deputies located 129 marijuana plants, in various sizes, in various locations on the property.
The marijuana plants were seized and taken as evidence. Deputies also located a stolen firearm in the residence.
Michael Hall was arrested for Possession of Stolen Property, Felon is Possession of a Firearm, and Unauthorized Cultivation of Marijuana.
Per San Bernardino County code 84.34.040, it is illegal to cultivate marijuana in the unincorporated areas of San Bernardino County.
