The parents, identified as 37 year old Nicholios Cornelius Nealy and 33 year old Octivia Laniece Jackson have been arrested on civil contempt charges and are being held in Kingman, Arizona.
According to Mohave County Attorney’s Office Investigator Steve Auld, officials in Arizona, Nevada and California are trying to track down “Baby Girl Jackson.”
The parents have refused to provide information on the infant and refused to cooperate with agencies working to find the girl, whose real name is unknown.
Authorities say Octivia Laniece Jackson gave birth to an unnamed girl in Las Vegas, Nevada in February 2017, but has since denied having given birth.
They most recently lived in Fort Mohave, Arizona but were previously in San Diego, California and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Authorities say they are married and are parents to girls that are 12 and 13 and an 8 year old boy.
Mohave County Attorney’s Office Investigator Steve Auld urged anybody with knowledge of the infant’s whereabouts to drop her off at any fire station.
