Kingman, AZ: Homicide investigation started after an intruder was shot and killed at a residence.
According to the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office, detectives started a homicide investigation Saturday, May 27th, 2017 after a male subject entered a residence to rob the homeowner.
At about 7:38pm MST, deputies were dispatched to a residence in the 2700 block of Potter Avenue in Kingman, Arizona.
The reporting person, the homeowner advised to dispatch that someone had entered his residence, robbed him and was causing a disturbance.
The male subject that robbed the homeowner tased the homeowner during the disturbance several times.
During the incident, the homeowner shot the subject and the subject eventually died.
At this time, the homeowner has not been charged and the incident is still under investigation.
