Yucaipa, CA: Man arrested for rape, digital penetration of a minor, and burglary.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, on Tuesday, February 7th, 2017, Yucaipa Sheriff’s Deputies were dispatched to a report of a sexual assault against a 16 year old victim.
The victim reported that 19 years old Tyler Eagle from Yucaipa, California was at her residence and sexually assaulted and raped her.
Detectives began looking for Tyler Eagle, but were unable to locate him.
On Tuesday, March 7th, 2017, an unrelated victim contacted Yucaipa Police to report that Tyler Eagle had burglarized their residence in the 34400 Block of County Line Road.
It was reported that several items were taken from the residence.
On Friday, March 17th, 2017, Yucaipa Police Deputies located Tyler Eagle in Yucaipa, California and brought him back to the station for further investigation.
Detectives conducted an interview with Tyler Eagle.
At the conclusion of the interview, Tyler Eagle was arrested for all of the above charges.
Detectives were also able to recover some of the stolen property at another residence in Yucaipa, California.
Tyler Eagle was booked into the West Valley Detention Center.
Tyler Eagle is being held on all of the above charges, in lieu $ 325,000 Bail.
Tyler Eagle’s booking photo is being released, as detectives have information that Tyler Eagle may be responsible for other thefts in the community.
