A plane crashes into 2 homes near Central Avenue and Streeter Avenue in Riverside, California at around 4:45pm PT on Monday, February 27th, 2017.

At least 4 people onboard the plane were killed and a fifth teen passenger of the plane was taken to a hospital for treatment, and at least 2 people in a neighboring home were pulled out.
According to the Riverside Fire Department, the upon impact of the crash split the plane in half and a female teenager was ejected from the plane.
NBC affiliate KNBC Channel 4 is reporting that the Cessna 310 crashed under “unknown circumstances” about a half-mile northeast of Riverside Municipal Airport, landing on at least two homes.
According to the Federal Aviation Administration, the plane had departed from Riverside, California for San Jose, California.
According to Riverside City Fire Department Chief Michael Moore, the Cessna’s occupants, a husband, wife and 3 teenagers, were returning to San Jose, California after attending a cheerleading conference at Disneyland.
As part of the investigation by the National Transportation Safety Board, at least 40 homes on the block were evacuated.
