Photojournalist Alex Vasquez was at the 9th Annual Lake Havasu Rockabilly Reunion on Saturday, February 18th, 2017 and spoke to Tina Star about the event and what were the weather conditions during the event.

Tina Star says that “It’s all about Rockabilly; greaser, pompadour, victory curls, pin ups – all sorts of cool stuff – hot rods; there’s a huge hot rod show.”

Asked about the weather during the event, Tina Star said, “The weather was not cooperating very well. Last night, we had a dust storm go through so when we were on stage and playing drums, I couldn’t even see the crowd. And today, it’s a little bit stormy, but not too bad for me. So we’re all weathering the weather.
