**** Time and Date of West Broadway and J Street Closures: ****
According to Mike Stewart, Principal Supervising Inspector with WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, the full closure of West Broadway between J Street and L Street in Downtown Needles, California, which was to start on Monday, February 6th, 2017, has been delayed by a few days because of water and gas line issues.
Mike Stewart, Principal Supervising Inspector with WSP Parsons Brinckerhoff, tells ZachNews that there are things still needing to be done to the water line and gas line at the Intersection of West Broadway and J Street.
The water line that runs up the hillside will be lowered as part of the project under a new retaining wall that will be build. Mike Stewart said that the full closure of West Broadway could happen in the next few days to sometime next week, but the closure will happen.
The closures and detours will be in place until Monday, February 20th, 2017 unless change by any delays.
