Needles, CA: Deputies arrested a Bakersfield, California man for transportation of methamphetamine for sale.
According to the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department, at approximately 7:55am PT on Sunday, November 6th, 2016, deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Colorado River Station, stopped 38 year old Earl Fourdyce of Bakersfield, California for speeding on Needles Highway in Needles, California.
A records check of Earl Fourdyce showed that he is on Felony Probation (PRCS) for HS 11379(a), Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales, out of Kern County, California.
During a search of Earl Fourdyce’s vehicle, deputies located approximately 50 grams of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana, glass pipes and a hypodermic needle.
Earl Fourdyce was arrested, without incident, and booked at the Colorado River Station Jail for HS 11379(a) Transportation of Methamphetamine for Sales.
Earl Fourdyce’s bail is being held on a 50,000.00.
