According to an email obtain by ZachNews from Jennifer Osorio, R.E.H.S. of San Bernadino County’s Department of Public Health, Division of Environmental Health Services, to Needles City Manager Rick Daniels, “Good afternoon Rick, Thank you for bring this to our attention. Our Manager in Vector Control is Jason Phillippe and he will coordinate with Vector Control staff and you’re office on possible areas that need to be addressed. If you have any further questions, please let me know. Thank you.”
