Customers are upset over service problems with their phone, television, and internet service as Frontier Communications takeover Verizon Communications.
Customers have been complaining about problems with their phone, television, and internet service – including being without phone service – since Frontier Communications switched more than a million Frontier Communications customers back on Friday, April 1st, 2016.
NBC affiliate KNBC Channel 4 News Reporter Mekahlo Medina spoke with some of those customers who are dealing without phone service, being put on hold for hours, and other service problems.

Frontier Communications services the Needles, California area and some local customers have also been experiencing some phone and internet service problems as well as having difficulties getting their problem fix with customer service.
